Questions, answered
What does the free trial include?
Exactly the modules you choose at signup, free for 14 days — if you pick Pharmacy,
you get the full Pharmacy module for 14 days. Patients, billing, analytics, roles and
the patient portal come with it. Adding another module means adding it to your plan. No card is needed to start.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your account pauses and only the payment page stays reachable. Nothing is deleted — every patient,
bill and report is exactly where you left it, and the moment a payment succeeds your account unfreezes.
How is the annual price charged?
Annual billing is ₹449 per module per month, charged as
₹5,388 per module for the year, plus 18% GST at checkout.
Monthly billing is ₹549 per module per month, plus GST.
How are WhatsApp messages charged?
Messages MedMarks sends on your behalf through the WhatsApp Business API — reports, bills, OTPs,
appointment confirmations — cost ₹0.20 each. Usage is metered per month, shown under
Plan & Billing, and added to your next payment. Messages you send yourself with the manual
WhatsApp button cost nothing.
Can I add or drop a module later?
Yes. Pricing is per module, so adding one adds exactly one module's price and dropping one removes it.
Data belonging to a dropped module is retained, just not accessible until you re-subscribe.
How many staff accounts can I create?
Unlimited, on every plan. Access is controlled by role, with per-employee overrides — for example
letting one senior person edit test pricing while everyone else needs admin approval.
